What I Found 3
Digging after a rain under an ancient tree
I found a rusty sword blade.
Cleaning it with a lemon and steel wool
I found a poem engraved into the metal.
Reading the words, reading them again,
I found enlightenment.
The next time it rained
I buried the blade beneath a young sapling.
