Weighing The Loss

No one knows how to live.
No one gets it right.
No one passes the test.
Because there is no test.
We're constantly tested
by accidental challenges,
but there's no prize for winning.
There is no winning.
Only relative degrees of losing.
There is loss.  (Isn't there?)
We gain in order to lose.
That's the truth.
There is no truth.
But that's as close as it gets.
