We Are Only Intermediary If
There Is Going To Be A Next
Should we accept experience
without understanding its parameters, its origins?
Is it enough to “be in the moment”
without examining time and the options of being?
If we are all going to continue to die too soon
(are we?)
is it okay to keep putting the mind to sleep
so that we can feel more of what beasts felt
before they mutated into men?
Because our liking for it lies deepest?
Should we do or know, do what we know
or know what we do?
