The Space Between
We become a lot more legible after you know us.
Never take the organism out of the organization.
People's worst choices are also an attempt at adaptation.
Engagement preceded—and followed—by disengagement.
We are undone by those who stress less in a mess.
Where meaning is forced to grow under unnatural conditions.
Like copying scripture because the library burned down.
Poetry occupies the space between quiet and silence.
Life is the script from which we improvise our performance.
Make sure you get either the royalties or the story.
Oh, the things I have stashed in psychological niches.
Must the rarest thing be the strangest thing?
The universe doesn't know how to value the unique.
Death is the one thing they can't take from you.
