The Lay of Assertions

The idea that we are every little thing or we are nothing
often seems right but cannot be.

We have everything within us,
but much that we contain is not part of us.

The apparently-simple
is a trap for the unwary.

There is no understanding
without context and nuance.

There are enough details
to distract everyone always.

Meaningfulness is the food,
interestingness is the drug.

Identity is absolutely approximate.
Everything is a set containing more than every thing.
