Stratagem
There is a time for litany—
this isn't it.
Catastrophes cure stasis,
stagnation and bliss.
Sometimes I do.
But even when I do I don't.
All my reality checks bounced
due to insufficient fun.
Difference matters. Does sameness?
Free will is so expensive.
Memory is an intermediate state
between notice and myth.
Learn to love what you've lost
and you'll love forever.
