Mrs. Sexy
Out of town with Mrs. Sexy,
in the dark the dashboard lights
splash spots of color on her
hands and furtive face—just drive,
she says, I don't care, and touches
my knee, and lets me free.
The past I push away and drive
until the city lights are gone,
taking Mrs. Sexy out
of bounds and past all boundary.
