Individuality 2

The world makes more sense
without individuality.
Is it true or not true?
If what is true doesn't make sense,
we have a problem.
If what is not true makes sense,
we have a bigger one.
Animals in aggregate,
living and dying, being replaced,
yes, but one beloved pet
that spends its lifetime with you?
Crowds, the masses, the canaille, sure,
but your family?  Your friends?  You?
It all falls apart.
