I Sing Again
I sing again of interspersal.
On the cusp of crisp.
Of the surface-to-center distance.
The memorably unmentionable.
The stilted pantomime.
Cantankerous cant.
The hinky interval.
When the artful is hurtful.
When it isn’t.
The firespeakers and raindreamers,
the earthbuilders, the windwishers.
The elements of the indivisible.
Unauthorized compensation.
Let there be clarity,
and joy in its discovery.
When crops creep across.
