Give me $x,
and I'll never ask for another penny.
I don't lust for your numbers.
Enough to live well is enough.
The mad obsessives chasing, chasing,
are literally ruining the world.
And themselves.
There are better games to play.
I can't see why they are so blind.
Without luck or larceny
I have faltered,
but it's better,
still, it's better.
Poverty embarrasses, but wealth condemns.
