Animadversion
There are unconcealables.
But there is no privacy without secrecy,
only an accidental temporary obscurity.
I admire nomenclature and taxonomy
but resist knowing the names of certain things,
like flowers, especially
demanding annuals,
wildflowers.
The intimate inanimate,
indicative of ordinary.
How much of what I have to say
do I have to say?
