2A slight (or rather, a pretty good) shift from 1. A little happened which I don't remember. Then I was watching a fantastic scene. I was part of some sort of audience of a demonstration (I think; maybe I was just there). There was an old man who fell into this huge canyon (very detailed). He seemed to live here as part of some "tribe" or something. The "medicine man (or brujo)" of the tribe stood at the top of the canyon and sent out a sort of whistling cry. My perception throughout this dream was constantly shifting, as if on the breeze. This gave me an excellent picture of what was going on. At the cry, hundreds of large, well-marked boas came shooting out of the mountain walls. It was an incredibly scenic, intense, and meaningful moment, far surpassing anything in The Emerald Forest. The huge snakes formed a living circle around the old man, which embraced him with power. A little else. Then, suddenly, the snakes fell back, revealing an unharmed, rejuvenated man, forty years younger and healthier than moments before. A little else. Then there was a quick shift. It was rather as if I'd been watching TV and had the channel changed abruptly. I saw this man, elegantly dressed but a bit off, making moves on an unwilling, skimpily dressed maid in an exquisite old mansion. This scene had a definite comedic flavor to it. (G) |
