9:22              2This fish was being raised by his father, who had grown to be about 5 feet long and 3 feet high. These fish possessed the ability to move about on land with an effective sort of flapping movement. The young fish went to seek his fortune (I guess) and somehow (not shown) was turned into a human. Then a flashforward of a number of years to a point where he was about to be married. He went back for the first time to his old swamp home. He was talking to a fish of the size described above that had been a friend of his. Then, all of a sudden, a huge fish, 20 feet tall, burst out of the silt. It was his father. He hesitated for a moment, confused, and then, apparently not realizing that this man figure was his son began chasing him down. He ran away as fast as he could, joined by a young boy (in whose mind I was then embedded). They ran as fast as they could for the edge of the swamp, knowing that the huge pisces could not leave it. They came to a place where only one of them could fit through at a time. In a panic, the boy pulled the fish-son back and ran through. This was enough to allow the monstrous fish to catch up with his son, and, when the boy looked back a few seconds later, all he saw were a few wet chunks of white flesh dangling from the fish's huge mouth. He turned and ran out of the swamp and home. The fiancee saw the boy and she and her intended mother-in-law (foster, of course) asked him to return with them to find their son/fiancee, for they were worried about him because of his erratic behavior and his long absence. The boy, of course, vehemently refused. (G)
1I was in a large apartment building owned by my mother. I was not myself, but a young boy of about 10 years, consequently, it was not my real mother either. Many of the rooms were very frightening, to me, because they had large, unguarded openings which fell away all the way down to ground level. It was also quite an old building. There were many kids here, some even roomed alone on a special program where my mother watched them, checking in now and then to make sure they were ok. This, of course, was very dangerous, and, indeed, just that morning a baby had fallen to its death down one of the holes. Else. (H)
