2I went back in time somehow to about 1918 and signed up for the air force. Then I went even further back to Japan. Before going to Japan, I stole one of the old-fashioned aircraft and took it up for a spin. I had a fellow 20th centurian time traveller with me, a girl. When we landed, we came down in the old Japan, but right after we landed and I said, "This isn't old America, it's even older Japan," or something to that effect, there was a flash forward to a starry, moonlit night scene of a gondola on a little "in-city" canal. I was in the boat with a Japanese lady with whom I was obviously close. A narrator's voice said that I was adjusting well to my new life, although I still grieved for the girl that had come with me who had died about 6 months before. A played a role in this dream. Rather than himself, he was an American of the 1918s whom I had met and become friends with. Right before I joined the air force, he joined the army. We were somewhere that was quite possibly a South Pacific island during this dream. |
